summer kickoff!

What greater way to celebrate the first day of March than a day at the beach? Cool huh! We spent the first day of the month which falls on a weekend at the beach in Portofino. Portofino is just one of the many beaches here in Lapulapu City. Apparently, it's Mellany's last outing with us :P You sure will find new buddies girl, but perhaps not as beautiful as we are! Ha ha! :P

weekend in portofino

So our outing pushed through and what a way to start the first day of March than a day in the beach? Cool right? I did not go swimming though but I had fun just looking at the other people lazing in the sun, taking pictures and just by knowing that i had a different view other than the office you know. I felt lazy changing clothes later since i have to go to the airport after to pick up my friend who's visiting to Cebu. Anyhow, thanks to the newbies for playing a major part in the outing - preparing the food. We're looking forward to another outing next month. I'll post pictures later.

department summer outing 2005

Our department summer outing last 2005 was held in Portofino, Lapulapu. The very thing that i remembered from that outing was there were lots of mangoes. :)
