Nanette, my friend, used to live in Talisay when we were still in college. I went home with her to their house one afternoon when classes were suspended. The moment we reached their humble abode, I was amused by the running water they have just outside the kitchen door. In local term it is called "tubud". The water was so tempting that i took a bath before i went home!
