transcentral highway

In travelling to the south like to Balamban, some vhires and private car drivers prefer passing through transcentral highway over the conventional route from Talisay down to Minglanilla. Being in transcentral, no traffic to deal with so you obviously will arrive earlier but the drive is quite challenging! See photos for evidences :)
