so called preparations
I wanna prep up my body physically for the said trip in August. I have planned to eat nutritious food more, exercise like go dancing or jog every other day or at least every weekend. But just like my other plans, all vanished into the thin air. I said i was gonna start yesterday the jog but i was just at home sleeping. Hey i had an excuse, it's raining hard and i'm not feeling well. I was even absent from work. Before i know it, it's already August and i haven't done a thing! Tsk.
